Trekking in Nepal > Ganesh Himal

Ganesh Himal is one of the beautiful areas for trekking for those wanting to get away from the more popular regions of Annapurna and Everest. It is relatively easy but extremely interesting trek. Between Kathmandu and Pokhara there are three major groups of peaks: Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Manaslu and Himal Chuli and the large Annapurna Himal. It is famous for unspoilt Tamang culture, spectacular views of mountains and colorful rhododendron forest. Ganesh Himal trekking is very calm trekking area in Nepal and it follows the least trodden trail far from the madding crowd in the central Himalayan range.
